This space is to explain some of the new technologies that we will be using to learn and I will add to it as we learn how to engage in digital learning together.

Submitting Assignments Via Email :
Most of your assignment will need to be submitted to my email. Anne.northan1224@gmail.com
There are a few important things about submitting assignment this way:
1.) The subject line is one of the most important parts of this process. Please always include your first initial last name in the subject line, and the title of the document you are submitting.
2.) DO NOT submit multiple documents together unless you are submitting for the entire week at once. If you are submitting assignments for the whole week please say that in the Subject Line. (EX: ANorthan Week 1 Work)
3.) I will respond when I receive your email. It will be a short response like "received". If you don't receive this email within a day, then check in with me and ask me about it.
Flipgrid
Flipgrid is a way for you to do recorded video responses without being put on the spot. It is really neat and lucky for us it is pretty easy to use.
1.) Flipgrid will be embedded in the site, and the first time you use it you will have to put in your gmail or Microsoft information. (If you are not on gmail or Microsoft please ask your parents for a free account, or you can email your written responses to me.
Padlet
Padlet is great way to engage in responses. It is like a cork board for our thoughts and ideas about specified topics.
There are a few rules everyone needs to follow for this to work:
1.) You must Post 1 response when there is a padlet.
2.) This is not a discussion format; please do not respond to your peers.
